Here’s how you can support those affected, including veterinary teams and the animals they care for

People and animals in war-torn Ukraine need our help. Many are experiencing food shortages and structural damage to facilities. As hundreds of thousands of residents flee the country, the number of displaced animals also grows and so do the needs for food, shelter, and emergency veterinary care.

With the assistance from the American Veterinary Medical Foundation, the Texas Veterinary Medical Foundation is working to identify reputable organizations that are mobilizing to send emergency relief. Please note these organizations are not ‘TVMA/TVMF-endorsed.’ However, they are generally viewed as credible organizations that are poised to provide immediate help. Please consider how you can support their efforts. Together we can make a difference.
