Copper was a very strong presence in our lives. Having her since only 7 months old and living to over 16 years old, we got to see her grow from a hyper young puppy into a loving caring senior. She was always so loyal, strong willed, and she held to her very strong belief system. At times she would scare friends or family visiting since she was so defensive of her “pack” but she never hurt anyone. I personally learned so much from Copper and wish I could spend many more days with her on this earth but hope to meet her again one day. She was the best friend and family member and companion we could ever ask for – she is greatly missed.
