I got Diego from a rescue organization when he was a little older. He had not had the best life before then, according to the organization so we tried to provide the best life we could for him. He was the sweetest and calmest dog I had ever met. He was an “old soul” and the best lap dog. He loved to eat and was always a little portly. We had four dogs at the time, and everyone who met our “family” always said that Diego was their favorite. He brought so much joy to everyone that met him. I can only hope that there is an afterlife for animals and that he is chowing down and happy! We love you and will never forget you Diego!
