In Memory Of: Hope Mahan

October 3, 2008 – December 1, 2023

Hope had a rough start to life. This tiny kitten was found just after being hit by a car. She made it through surgery to repair her pelvis and she had an FHO performed. She had to stay in a cage for 6 weeks and she was watched over regularly by an older cat, Panda, that was fascinated by her in the cage. They became best buds for 10 years until his passing in July of 2018. She was a sweet cat that loved to get on your chest when you were seated and stare deeply into your eyes. It was such a loving look. She was very healthy and had no problems, she could run and jump well, even though it was feared in the beginning that she may not be able to even hold up her tail or might have bowel problems. At the end she was content to lay on the sofa while we watched TV and stayed close to us. Life is a little more lonely now. I will greatly miss her demands for fresh food and those deep stares. Until I see you once more at the Rainbow Bridge beautiful girl!
