Levi was a sweet rescue whom we took into foster care in February, 2012. This sweet Red-Tri Australian Shepherd was 1 to 1-1/2 years old at the time. This little boy had been abused and was too thin. He had a broken left fron forearm that that was never repaired and was therefore stiff and unbendable. He was terrified of men. But, as rescues do so often, this sweet boy learned to trust and love again. We fell in love with him and adopted him as our own. Having known hunger, he never outgrew his love of food and would eat almost anything.
Levi gave us unconditional love, companionship and the sweetest smiles. He was the best dog and it ripped our hearts out when we had to let him go.
We will always love our “Bubba.”
