Miss Luci originally came from Hawaii where she was a rescue kitty. When she was about 10, her owners moved to Arizona where they met my sister-in-law. Luci’s mom was diagnosed with terminal cancer and she wanted to return to Hawaii, but didn’t want to put Luci through that long quarantine so she started looking for a forever home. Even though I lived in Texas, I ended up taking her, and my sis-in-law brought her to me in New Mexico and she instantly bonded with me. She was a sweetheart and I miss her terribly.
