In Memory Of: Nipper

Nipper was a little trouble-maker as a pup. He was too smart for his own good. Breaking slats in our privacy fence to go see the neighborhood and one time swiping the medicated cheese out of my wife’s hand, meant for our other dog. Through adulthood, Nipper was mentored by our aging Rottweiler, Buddy, who showed Nipper how to be a mellow, sweet, loving member of the family. We called him the “Ferdinand” of dogs.

Nipper was about to get certified as a therapy dog so we could take him around to hospitals and nursing homes but COVID-19 got in the way. A year later it was cancer. Nipper was loved by everyone that came in contact with him and he will be dearly missed.
