On July 9, 2015, I made one of the toughest decisions in my life that day. After 13 years together, I had to lay Rookie to rest. I know in my heart it was the right thing to do but that doesn’t make it any easier knowing that he won’t be with us anymore.
Rookie gave me and my family the best 13 years of pleasure and loyalty. Rookie was always such a joy to come home too. Not a day goes by where I don’t miss him terribly. Rookie took a little piece of my heart with him. Rookie, I know you’re pain free now.
