Our beautiful, precious Sarah was laid to rest on Wednesday. She came from a puppy mill and was rescued by Houston Sheltie Sanctuary. She came to live with us when she was 2 yrs old to be a companion to Tippy our first Sheltie. We recall some of our first memories of when we went to meet Sarah, and our son, Asher said with excitement in his voice, “She likes me!” Sarah and Tippy went running after each other and became playmates ever since. Sarah was mellow and relaxed. A perfect fit for a more high strung, and still queen of the castle, Tippy. Sarah’s laid back demeanor was a constant reminder for us to slow down, relax and enjoy life! Sarah will always hold a special place in our hearts. We miss her dearly.
