In Memory Of: Smooches

Smooches found us in 1999 looking for a loving home. We had a rocky start as she settled in dealing with her separation anxiety. One day I came home to several remotes and cordless phones piled at the back door as her way of saying it’s all okay now. Over the next 14 years, she became an extension of our family. Although she hated the car ride, she couldn’t wait to get to the lake house on the weekends where she loved boat rides and cruising in the golf cart. Her favorite times each day were 5:57 (dinnertime) and bedtime. Thank you Dr. DeWitt for giving her the care that enabled us to enjoy her for so many years.
